At Creative Militaria, we pride ourselves on crafting authentic, high-quality military uniforms, headwear, and historical reproductions. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. If you encounter any issue with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
Eligibility Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all attached tags and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-tailored or bespoke uniforms made to personalized customer measurements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality error on our part.
2. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, torn, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Please provide clear photos or video evidence showing the defect along with your order number to facilitate quick assistance.
3. Refunds
Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Creative Militaria (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for standard size items (e.g., caps or non-custom uniforms) if the wrong size was selected, subject to stock availability.
The customer will be responsible for returning shipping charges for size exchange requests.
